01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the relevant term appears, whether in singular or plural form:

• "32pkr" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 32pkr online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 32pkr.net, including all sub-pages, features, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 32pkr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created through the 32pkr registration process, through which the player accesses all platform services.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support functions offered by 32pkr.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any amount of funds staked by a player on any game outcome, sports market, or other wagering event available on the platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a player's 32pkr account, including deposited funds and any confirmed bonus credits separately tracked.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. Refers to the identity verification process, including CNIC submission and selfie matching, required before withdrawal processing on 32pkr.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee. The primary currency used for all deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on the 32pkr platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 32pkr platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account or accessing any service on 32pkr, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform.

Age Requirement

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your 32pkr account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a current Pakistani mobile number.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on 32pkr. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. Account sharing, account transfer, and account sale are all prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either on 32pkr or through any responsible gaming program to which 32pkr is a party, at the time of registration or at any time thereafter.
• You must access the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

32pkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Rules

The following rules govern the creation, maintenance, and use of your 32pkr account. Compliance with these rules is a condition of continued access to the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 32pkr will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify 32pkr support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 32pkr account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Do not access your 32pkr account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks where possible.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by 32pkr from time to time.
• 32pkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, payment information, or other registered data changes, you must update your account profile without undue delay. 32pkr may suspend withdrawal processing if account details are found to be outdated or inconsistent with KYC documentation on file.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 32pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Transaction processing times and applicable conditions are as follows.

Deposits

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 32pkr balance instantly upon mobile wallet confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day for verified accounts.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your account name may be declined or held pending investigation. 32pkr does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• 32pkr reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed the KYC process cannot submit withdrawal requests.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within minutes of approval during operational hours.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one hour of approval by the 32pkr finance team.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 32pkr support.
• 32pkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

32pkr offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Each player is eligible to claim each promotional offer only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a single-use bonus multiple times through account duplication or other means constitutes fraud.
• 32pkr reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to claw back bonus funds from any player found to be abusing promotional terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or betting markets. Wagers placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Self-excluded players and players who have set deposit limits that prevent normal gameplay are not eligible to participate in promotions during their restriction period.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the 32pkr platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and all other wagering products available on the platform.

General Wagering Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. 32pkr does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers under ordinary circumstances.
• Winnings from casino games and settled sports bets are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon settlement.
• 32pkr reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed as a result of a technical malfunction, or placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. Players will be notified and staked funds returned in such cases.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means to place bets on 32pkr is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be operating such tools will be permanently suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• Live betting markets on cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, and other sports are subject to the specific rules published for each sport within the sportsbook.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or any other extraordinary circumstance affecting the outcome of a sporting event, 32pkr's sportsbook rules for the specific sport will govern how affected bets are settled.
• Any attempt to exploit live odds delays, data feed discrepancies, or pricing errors in the sportsbook constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in account suspension.

07 Responsible Gaming

32pkr is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction.

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Players can set session duration alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified period of time.
• Reality Check Notifications — Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net session profit/loss are available to help players maintain perspective during gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion — Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 32pkr at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Temporary exclusion periods range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account is fully suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Players may request a short-term break from gambling of between 24 hours and 30 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 32pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the platform or assisting another individual to evade a suspension or self-exclusion through a proxy registration.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with 32pkr.
• Colluding with other players on the platform to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any software, algorithm, or technical exploit to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals for deposits that have been wagered and lost. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
• Engaging in any behaviour that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward 32pkr staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the 32pkr platform, its data, or its infrastructure through any means other than the standard player interface provided at 32pkr.net.

09 Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 32pkr platform are the exclusive property of 32pkr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 32pkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the 32pkr platform without prior written consent from 32pkr.
• You may not frame, mirror, or scrape any content from the 32pkr platform for any purpose whatsoever.
• The 32pkr name, logo, and associated brand marks may not be used in any context without explicit written authorisation from 32pkr.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 32pkr's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as set out in this section.

• 32pkr provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
• 32pkr accepts no liability for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, howsoever caused.
• In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted, 32pkr's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
• 32pkr is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 32pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

32pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

• All data transmitted between your device and the 32pkr platform is protected by SSL encryption. We do not store unencrypted payment card data.
• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• 32pkr does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Data deletion requests from active accounts may be subject to regulatory retention requirements.

12 Suspension & Termination

32pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Any conduct that 32pkr determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or operations of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 32pkr will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player at the registered email address. Where termination follows a confirmed breach, account balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support.

13 Amendments to These Terms

32pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 32pkr will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Continued use of the 32pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the jurisdictional framework under which 32pkr holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 32pkr, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. The vast majority of account and payment disputes are resolved within 48 hours of a support ticket being raised. 32pkr is committed to resolving player complaints fairly, transparently, and without undue delay.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 32pkr support, players may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures established under the platform's international gaming licence. Full details of the applicable escalation process are available from the support team upon request.

• All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the date on which the relevant transaction or event occurred. 32pkr will not consider disputes raised outside this window except in exceptional circumstances.
• The language of all formal dispute communications shall be English.
• Any final determination made through the applicable dispute resolution process shall be binding on both parties.
